Cinco De Mayo Workout

Yes folks, it’s that time again.  Spring is here.  The birds are singing.  The flowers are blooming.  And if you turn on any television station, you were bound to come across at least one mention of an unjustified reason to celebrate the 5th of May…or as our friends south of the border like to call it…Cinco de Mayo.

You’d be surprised to know that it isn’t even Mexico’s Independence Day (that’s really on September 16th).

But people will party…people will drink…and people will have fun.

So before you head off to the bars and get a good buzz, get in a workout.

Here’s a quick and easy way to sweat off a few pounds before you start taking in all of those excess calories.
