YOUR Problem is Obvious

Sometimes I’d love to talk to people like this face to face, but as you can see that is damn near impossible!

Somewhere about 2003, while training at a local big box gym, I came across this phenomenon of how (for lack of a better word), IGNORANT men can be when it comes to exercise.

Most men can’t be told ANYTHING…(because…well, we’re men and that’s the way it is!)

And yet, more men than women workout in gyms, fitness studios, boot camps and personal training centers. And A LOT OF THEM DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

Sure, everybody knows that exercise is good for you. But most have no idea what exercises benefit the body the most. A prime example is the video below.
