Hi there,

You’ve might not have heard a lot about me before…maybe you’ve never heard of me at all (if that’s the case, I’ve got my work cut out for me)…I’m just a regular guy who found out…through countless hours of studying, practicing, and hard work …what it takes to remain healthy…without going crazy on one of those screwed up diets that never…EVER…work for anyone.

Let’s face it, everyone hates to stare at themselves in the mirror and notice that the stubborn fat on their butt, hips or thighs just won’t go away.  It almost makes you want to scream!

And believe me; I’ve been there too…sort of.

What I mean is that even though I’ve always been a thin person (don’t hate me for being honest), I am just like everyone else because I’ve always wanted to look fitter, stronger, or more muscular. And, yes, believe it or not I’ve had body parts that had too much fat on them too…

The more I think about it, I’m pretty sure that’s what caused me to become a fitness professional in the first place.

And sure…I know it can be very boring to work out…doing the same old routine week after week…never seeing any new results…wondering if it’s all worth it.

So, I set out to educate people about some very simple, very easy ways to fine-tune their fitness habits. Then I created some unique, innovative, fast paced, high energy alternative workouts and exercise programs that started having people rave about the dramatic transformation their bodies were making.

All of a sudden there was this change taking place that caused the slimming down of their stomachs, hips and thighs right before their very eyes. They couldn’t believe the crazy results.

…But I could.

When I set a goal for myself to be able to introduce to the average person ways of being able to fit back into their skinny jeans again…without any crazy or unusual dieting that takes all the fun out of eating… by eliminating parking yourself in front of the TV watching uninspirational fat loss and exercise DVD’s…. and stopping the thought of a visit to the plastic surgeon for a nip here or a tuck there…I knew that it would be challenging for someone to do these things…because most people just don’t know any better.

Ok, back to what I was talking about…

Sadly, there are thousands of people out there today who haven’t a clue as to how to get in shape and stay that way.  It seems as if we are all very good at getting bigger and heavier… but no one seems to want to tell anyone how to become lean and healthy.

The hard facts are that most people have been misled for years!

There was a time…when people blamed themselves for the shape they were in…relying on informercials and newsstand tabloids for their fitness information…they blame themselves for their weight gain, they blame themselves for not being able to stare in the mirror and like what they saw… and they blame themselves for believing that there was no hope of changing.

It was obvious to me that the mass media was responsible for all this fattening of America. So, I felt it was time to set the record straight!

Every choice creates its own reality.

Over the years I’ve seen countless people tell me all about their frustrations of trying to shrink their waist, firm up their butt, tone their arms or get a lean and sexy body.  But until they came to me, they didn’t seem to understand how easy it was to do that.

I realized that I needed to have people start to “think outside the box” to make them believe in themselves again.  It’s extremely important for anyone to see a positive outcome at the end of any journey. So, I felt that if I could just put thoughts into people’s heads making them realize that it’s possible…half the battle is over.

Let me sum up the attitudes of a fitness warrior:

  1. Every person has to be willing to do whatever it takes to reach their goal.
  2. You have to act in spite of self-doubt, fear and apprehension.
  3. Every effort must be done at 100% or not done at all.
  4. Realize that some things are going to be hard, but they are needed to be done anyway.
  5.  No matter what mood you are in, you still will try your best.
  6. There is never any obstacle that can get in your way.
  7. Succeeding is an eventuality, no matter what is currently happening.
  8. You never…ever…EVER give up on your hopes, dreams and desires.

By putting these steps in motion, you cannot NOT see a change because…Proper Actions Will Create Incredible Results if you just let it happen.
