Reaching Inactive Virgins has never been so easy…

Virtually every person on the planet is on a never ending quest to try to improve themselves, to look sharp and to feel fit and healthy…We’re all striving for new goals, and hoping to attain the ‘complete package’ of health and happiness. The problem is that everyone wants to do it with the least amount of effort possible. 

That causes a serious problem for anyone who is about to begin or is planning on restarting their exercise program.   With so many options available, a person can become frustrated very fast looking at all the junk that they are smacked in the face with every day.Infomercial after infomercial of false claims, lies and deception…It’s almost like a car wreck. We know we shouldn’t but we can’t help but look. Then we’re hooked.

 Did you know?

The average middle aged American will be introduced to  over ten thousand  fitness gimmicks, solutions and “quick fixes” by  the time they are 50 years old!  That’s a lot of lies, deceit and misinformation to digest.

Ever since someone recognized that a sucker is born every minute, there have been exercise products, fads and gimmicks promoted as a way to get you into shape, quickly, easily and without a lot of effort.

Let’s face it; exercise gadgets are unnecessary, expensive and ultimately disappointing.

That’s why, if you are trying to achieve the success you deserve, you should stop looking for quick and easy options and start taking a serious look at small group training and boot camp fitness programs as your most efficient alternative.

Not the Sexiest Options?

Believe it or not, these two programs are the fastest growing trends in the fitness industry today.  Gone are the days of the over-crowded and out-dated step aerobics and barbell ‘body blast’ classes. (You could work up a great sweat, but you’d be no closer to the body you are after.) 

In fact, most people today have wised up to the ‘do-nothing’ programs and are looking for alternative strategies for getting the quickest and most efficient results that doesn’t require wasting valuable time or spending every last cent of their paychecks.

 Cold Hard Facts.

No matter how you look at it, getting a body that you are proud of, that your neighbors and coworkers are envious of…takes TIME, COMMITMENT and DEDICATION.  This means that in order to be all you can be, you have to throw out the ‘Almost-Too-Good-To-Be-True’ notion that your current exercise program is going to get you there.

Without some type of structured program aimed at building muscle, strengthening the cardio vascular system and challenging your body beyond its normal efforts…you DO NOT have a chance in hell with seeing any measurable results.

Are You Insane???

A good friend of mine once told me that if you keep doing what you have always done in the past, you’ll just keep getting what you had all along.  It’s time to break the habit of poor choices.

If things sound a bit scary, remember, it’s not the end of the world. People try and fail all the time. The important thing to remember is that you don’t have to get it just “right”, you just have to get (it) going. Once you start a regular habit of exercising, you will forget all about your past troubles. Your obstacles will only look like speed bumps aimed to challenge you, and each effort you make will bring you one step closer to your goal.

So now what?  How do you get it going?

To create a real and lasting change, you have to remember that every day you look in the mirror you are staring at the main source of all your happiness. Treat every success as a monumental accomplishment. Learn to appreciate your progress no matter how minor it may be.

Stay focused on your goals and continue to look for new challenges.

Action Steps:

- Stop believing the “hype”. The fat loss industry is a multi-billion dollar industry aimed at the hopes that you fail and are willing to buy then next best thing.

- Get your butt into a fitness boot camp program or small group exercise program.  You’ll have the support of others there for the exact same goal as you.

- Reward yourself for the minor accomplishments in life.  It’s something to be happy about because it brings you closer and closer to your ultimate goal.
