President Obama State of the UnionPresident Obama gave his State of The Union Address Tuesday night and he wanted to push a number of key initiatives that he felt would help this country remain strong and grow. One of them was "Clean Energy."

Here’s some tips on how you can help your body grow and remain strong and healthy and full of energy…

8 reasons to start eating breakfast

1. People who eat breakfast tend to weigh less than those who don’t. (reason, non-breakfast eaters grab high calorie snacks that are filled with preservatives and have little sustainable energy producing qualities.

2. People who eat breakfast raise their blood sugar giving them more energy and it also increases their metabolism at the same time.

3. People who eat breakfast fill up on foods that are rich in nutrients (vitamin D, Calcium, Potassium and dietary fiber)

4. People who eat breakfast are more alert, have better concentration and complete tasks at a much quicker rate all because they have had a balanced meal first thing in the morning.

5. People who eat breakfast are not hungry all day long. As long as you have a lean protein, a starchy carb and a fibrous carb in your meals, your body’s "gas tank" will remain on full for a long time.

6. People who eat breakfast have long sustained energy allowing their blood sugar levels to remain constant. A drop in blood sugar would leave a person feeling tired and lethargic.. A constant blood sugar level will keep a person attentive and active.

7. People who eat breakfast increase their metabolism and allow the body to start the burning of fat cells all day long.

8. People who eat breakfast consisting of vegetables and fruits (instead of grains and sugars) reduce their risks of cancer.

Imagine what we could accomplish if we followed these guidelines. Think about the body transformation that is within your reach. A transformation that allows you to have more energy, burn more body fat and shape your body into something that you are proud to show off.

You can do this. I know you can because all it takes is a little knowledge and some will power.

The defining issue of your life is how to keep on living happy and healthy. No challenge is more urgent. No task is more important. You can either settle for a body where it’s slowly decaying and falling apart. Or you can restore your every cell in your body to where new muscle growth is introduced and kept alive and growing.

Let’s remember how your body once was. Or how you’d like it to be.

The blueprint to change begins with you. Do you want it or not?

Your body is amazing and can be so much healthier. Your body is amazing because you can always do things to help it change. Your body is amazing because a little knowledge will take you a long way. As long as you focus on a common purpose, as long as you strive to always look to improve, your success will move forward. your future will remain hopeful, and the chances of your body and health will always be strong.
